Successes

Worked collaboratively with NWR and Amey Colas to ensure the Ballast Cleaning train can be maintained every shift to prevent any possible delays – strong focus on the end user from design to commissioning.

Staged handover of the depot to allow staff sufficient work areas to continue to effectively deliver their maintenance regime during construction.
