CML is currently delivering emergency stabilisation works to two cutting slopes at Hemsworth and Santingley Lane, helping to improve long-term resilience and maintain safe operation of the railway. DOL1 connects Doncaster Marshgate Junction to the Wakefield area, forming a key section of the rail route and supporting vital passenger and freight services across the region.

Works on the St Andrews Road bridge project in Huddersfield are progressing well, with significant milestones achieved on both the East and West sides of the new footbridge structure.

Over the Easter weekend, the CML Structures team successfully delivered the installation of the Ivy Lane footbridge for Network Rail, during a planned blockade on the Barnham to Bognor Regis line – marking a major milestone for the project.
