A four-year framework giving public sector clients a direct route to CML’s in-house teams
CML has been appointed to Pagabo’s £4.29bn National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026, delivered in partnership with YPO.
CML has secured core supplier status on the Rail lot in the North East, South West and South East regions. The company has also been awarded reserve places across the Rail, Water & Environmental and Maritime lots.
The four-year framework gives public sector clients, from local authorities to the NHS, a direct route to CML’s in-house trades and engineering teams. It sits alongside the company’s long-standing work with Network Rail.
“The launch of the National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026 marks an important step in providing public sector organisations with access to a broad range of specialist expertise and delivery capability. The range of suppliers appointed have been rewarded based on evidence of their ability to collaboratively deliver high-quality infrastructure, civil engineering and enabling works projects across the UK. Through the procurement support that Pagabo provides, and the ambition proven by the appointed suppliers, the infrastructure sector is in safe hands.”
David Llewellyn, Construction and Infrastructure Director, Pagabo
The appointment comes in CML’s 40th year and reflects the work of the company’s tender team and everyone at CML.
