We are committed to getting everyone home safe every day, and to providing a safe, reliable and efficient business in support of our clients, ensuring that every work area is a safe place for our employees, supply chain partners, clients and members of the public.  We achieve this by providing visible and involved leadership when planning our work and active monitoring during its life cycle. 

We focus on our people and promote the right behaviours and to enhance our safety culture to ensure we create a fit and resilient workforce looking after their health, both physical and mental, so they are well equipped and supported to meet this challenge. 

We are continually developing innovative new ways of working in collaboration with our people, clients and supply chain to ensure that we create an environment where everyone goes home safe every day. 

In recent years we launched our successful Supervisor Development Programme. This 10-day programme is aligned with our Company Objectives and Core Values, supporting our front-line staff to influence and drive our safety culture and performance on site.

We have aligned our safety vision and behaviours closely with our key clients at Network Rail.  ‘Every one home safe, every day’ is our mantra, our adoption of the Lifesaving Rules and their embedment into our own culture, our company management systems and our company documentation demonstrate how we have embraced this.
