Make it Visible Team Offers Support
On Friday 6th March, our CML team working on two slip sites near Wakefield, were visited by the Lighthouse Charity Make it Visible team. The visit included an informal and engaging talk for everyone on-site, the MiV team shared their own lived experiences, sparking open and honest conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
Beyond the group session, the #MakeItVisible van area provided a safe and private space for workers to chat with Zak and Dale, ask questions and find out more about the support available. The site team feedback was very positive.
CML have been supporting the charity for the last three years and have received amazing support from their team.
