CML Warriors raising funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association
On Saturday 1st July, CML completed the Total Warrior challenge at Bramham Park, Leeds, in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
We had 22 mud hungry volunteers taking part, who faced up to 24 obstacles over the length of the course, including the ‘Peaks of Pain’, ‘The Plunge’, ‘The Cement Mixer’ and the ‘Human BBQ’! As the old African proverb goes; ‘if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together’. And at CML, we did it together! To make things a little bit harder, our teams were tasked with dragging a CML branded cube to rebuild at the end!
It was a fantastic team event, which enabled everyone to support each other and cross the finish line.
We have raised over £4,000 for Motor Neurone Disease Association, which is amazing, thank you to all those who took part and who have donated.
If you haven’t yet and would like to, any donation would be much appreciated.
