Recently, we were delighted to welcome four students – Harrison, Tom, Dan and Isabel – to CML for an exciting week of work experience.
During their time with us, they got a behind-the-scenes look at life within a civil engineering business, spending time with teams across our commercial, sustainability and marketing departments. They also received valuable career guidance and learned more about the diverse opportunities available within the industry.
We’ve been incredibly impressed by their enthusiasm, curiosity and willingness to get involved. It’s been fantastic to see them embracing new experiences, asking insightful questions and making the most of every opportunity throughout the week.
A big thank you to everyone across the business who contributed to making their experience so worthwhile, sharing their knowledge, expertise and advice along the way.
To round off the week, each student delivered a presentation to members of our team, confidently showcasing what they had learned and reflecting on their experience at CML.
