Over the past six months, we have been proud to deliver CML’s Leadership Development Programme – Effective Line Manager Module, designed to strengthen both line management and project management skills across the business.
Throughout the programme, participants worked in project groups to research, develop, and present improvement projects aimed at making a real impact within CML. The course concluded with final presentations, showcasing not only the quality of their work but also the dedication and collaboration demonstrated throughout the programme.
Congratulations to all attendees for the commitment they have shown to their personal development. Their efforts will support stronger leadership across the business, helping to lead, support and mentor teams more effectively while contributing to CML’s continued growth.
