Supervisor’s Development Programme

10-day modular Supervisor Development Programme is designed to train, develop and inspire our Site Supervisors to support the growth of the company and sustain effective site supervision while reinforcing our vision of maintaining a strong focus on trustworthy and positive behaviours, professionalism and commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Mentoring Scheme

Employees can attend training to become a mentor to our apprentices or fellow colleagues in support of their career aspirations 

Professional Qualifications

CML continue to invest in our employees, through knowledge and evidence based courses. gaining accreditation on a number of NVQ and Higher National Diploma courses, as well as qualifications with the ICE. 

Example of courses undertaken include:

  • NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management (equivalent to a Masters Degree)
  • NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management
  • NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Site Management
  • Higher National Diploma in Construction & Built Environment (Civil Engineering)
  • ICE Professional Review resulting in gaining the status of ICE Membership (MICE)
  • Engineering Technician (EngTech) with the Engineering Council

We additionally have employees working towards qualifications on training schemes with ICE, CIPS, AAT and CIPD.

    Founded in 1986, CML (Construction Marine Ltd) was originally established to undertake Marine and Civil Engineering activities and quickly became recognised experts in the delivery of river and coastal defence projects.
