STEM School visit to Immaculate Conception Catholic Primary School – Sheffield

CML visited Immaculate Conception Catholic Primary School Primary School in Sheffield recently, to promote STEM and civil engineering.

Our Contract Manager, Aaron Blakemore’s daughter attends the school so we were happy to visit and promote STEM to children and in particular the skills needed for civil engineering as a career.

Jake Sterling, Aaron & Jordan Blakemore, Faye Thorne, Lucy Fennell and Claire Crossland joined Angie Leigh to undertake our Tetrahedron Challenge and a fantastic 194 children took part over three sessions.

Head Nicola Field said:

‘I would just like to thank you for an incredible time we had with you and your fantastic team on Wednesday! The children and staff have remarked on what a brilliant session they had and thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.’
