Journey to Success!
We’re delighted to welcome our 2025 Apprentice intake, who officially began their apprenticeships with CML last month.
Joining us this year are:

Finn Edgeley and Edward Partovi – embarking on the Quantity Surveying route

Oliver Griffiths and Khaiden Mills – following the Civil Engineering route
Their journey began with a three-day induction in Leeds, which included the CML induction, the apprenticeship induction, and some fun teamworking activities.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed, especially our 2nd and 4th year apprentices, who helped deliver sessions and share their experiences.
We wish our new apprentices every success as they begin this exciting journey with CML!
