Victory at the House of Lords
Last Thursday, CML attended the 11th ICW Collaborative Working Awards, which took place at the House of Lords in London.
We are proud to say CML won the Internal Collaboration Award! Charles Mortimer, Maurice Deans, Faye Gardner and Cameron Deuchars were thrilled to receive this on the night.
Our submission showcases our ISO 44001-certified collaboration between our Commercial and Operations teams. By adopting a formal, structured approach to internal collaboration, we’ve unlocked value far beyond what traditional “business as usual” could deliver.
Through our Collaborative Business Relationship Management System (CBRMS), combined with our Integrated Management System, we’ve strengthened cross-functional collaboration, fostered value-driven outcomes, and built a culture that develops collaborative behaviours and people across our business.
The event was an opportunity to celebrate and congratulate both winners and runners-up for their exceptional work and showcasing the value of collaborative working in action. The volume and diversity of organisations that submitted their applications highlighted how working together can address and overcome many key business challenges, and exemplified the power of high performing collaborative teams.
