CML is totally committed to the adherence to our Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance Policies and to the on-going training of our employees.

This ethos has been incorporated within our Management System to ensure that CML achieves a high level of performance. To maintain this continued excellence, the system must be capable of not only being effective and robust but must grow to reflect the changing diversity of the Company. This evolution follows consultation with all parts of our organisation. We believe in a two way flow of information with all existing and relevant policies, and procedures fully reviewed on an annual basis at Senior Management level.

We are currently developing a fully integrated management system, which will achieve third party accreditation of our Quality Assurance to ISO 9001 Environment to ISO 14001: and Health and Safety to OHSAS 18001.

This philosophy is further reflected in our attainment of a "Network Rail Contractor's Assurance Case". It has also supported our "Link Up" and UDVB supply chain qualifications for the provision of Civil Engineering and Construction services to the Private/Public sector or Rail Industry.

Our commitment to the development of our staff training is highlighted in our support of the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS): all our staff hold cards to reflect their experience and qualifications.

We are also members of the Civil Engineering Contractors Association and actively support the aims and goals of the Association.
